Dipper Sticker

This geometric design is inspired by an unique moment in nature from one of my favorite wild encounters I have captured as a wildlife photographer.

On the approach to Spring, during a surprisingly bright morning I was lucky enough to witness a pair of White-throated Dippers making plans to construct their nest. Hours were spent diving under the river currents, collecting debris and materials to make this year's home. These quirky aquatic birds showed an unlikely industrious side during construction and did stop to occasionally argue about various pieces of moss before slyly adjusting their partners piece when they left to collect more.
